Is Good Laboratory Practices for You?
In this course we will make an overview of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs) based on Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and the FDA.
We will focus on how the GLP assures safety of potential drugs before they are tested in humans. The role of Health Canada, FDA and Eu in ensuring the safety of pharmaceuticals in humans will be discussed.
We will discuss the premises, personnel, required facilities, equipment for testing, documentation, record keeping , inspection and auditing of the establishment .
